Responsibilities
- Build a personal book of business from the ground up
- Leverage established market access and corporate events to connect with high‑net‑worth prospects
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to uncover client financial objectives
- Present customized wealth management solutions using Farther's technology platform
- Utilize specialized institutional knowledge to build credibility with target company prospects
- Participate in leadership development programs and mentor future advisors
Requirements
- 2+ years of success in financial services sales
- Experience advising stock market investors
- Current Investment Adviser Representative designation (Series 65)
- Proven history of exceeding client acquisition targets
- Strong understanding of investment vehicles, strategies, and market dynamics
- Proficiency with CRM systems and financial planning software
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, CFP®, or other prestigious financial certifications
- Established and transferable book of business
- Experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals ($1M+ investable assets)
- Experience in fintech or digital‑first wealth management environments
- Data‑driven approach to prospecting
