We’re looking for a performance-driven marketer who understands both digital growth and **patient behavior in the UAE healthcare space.
**Your Mission**
Own and scale the digital growth engine of a leading medical brand — from first click to confirmed consultation.
**What You’ll Do**
* Drive high-performing Meta & Google Ads campaigns focused on patient acquisition
* Turn data and insights into engaging, trust-building content
* Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with medical services
* Manage the full patient journey:
First click → Inquiry → Booked consultation*
* Act as the brand voice. across comments, DMs, and patient interactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
* Build and scale real patient success stories and campaigns

✅ **What We’re Looking For**
* Deep understanding of medical marketing (trust, accuracy, compliance + performance)
* Proven experience in:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
Lead generation for clinics or healthcare services
* Hands-on healthcare/medical marketing experience is a must
* Strong skills in content strategy, planning, and execution
* Confident in handling patient communication and moderation
* Must have lived and worked in the UAE for at least 1 year.
* Willing to work inhouse in dubai clinic , not remotely.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and fast-paced
* Strong Proficiency in English and Arabic
* Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
- Strong skills in Web Analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability in effective and clear Communication, both written and verbal
- Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies to optimize brand presence
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Previous experience in a senior digital marketing role is preferred
- Knowledge of the healthcare or medical services sector is an added advantage
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and the ability to meet deadlines
