Logistics Coordinator

A reputed company is looking for a dedicated and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure the timely delivery of goods. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, transport companies, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate daily transportation, delivery, and shipment activities.
2. Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
3. Prepare and maintain delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documents.
4. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, drivers, and warehouse staff.
5. Track inventory movement and update logistics records.
6. Arrange transportation and optimize delivery schedules.
7. Handle import and export documentation when required.
8. Resolve delivery delays and transportation-related issues.
9. Maintain accurate logistics reports and records.
10. Ensure compliance with company procedures and UAE logistics regulations.
