Job Responsibilities
– Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.
– Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
– Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
– Check construction work according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
– Allocate manpower and organize daily site activities.
– Coordinate with engineers and project teams regarding site requirements.
– Monitor materials, tools, and equipment used on site.
– Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and site discipline.
– Identify site issues and report them to the concerned supervisor or engineer.
– Maintain daily work updates and assist with project documentation.
