Job Description
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs across all outlets.
- Conduct regular inventory and stock counts and investigate variances.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost reports.
- Manage recipe, menu, and beverage costing and monitor theoretical vs. actual costs.
- Monitor purchasing prices, receiving, stock transfers, wastage, and stock adjustments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support outlet profitability.
- Ensure compliance with F&B financial controls and hotel policies.
- Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Stores, Culinary, and F&B Operations teams.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or in a related field
- Has 3–5 years of F&B Cost Control experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage costing, inventory, and purchasing controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with financial management software and inventory systems (e.g., Futurelog, Opera)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably familiar with United Arab Emirates financial regulations and practices
