Strategic Customer Success Architect

Higlobe, Inc. in Dubai seeks a Customer Success Architect to align customer objectives with GitLab's capabilities. You will build relationships, guide the customer journey, and ensure satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate has experience in Customer Success, knowledge of DevSecOps practices, and is fluent in English and Arabic. This role involves project management and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
