Responsibilities

• Manage the endtoend payroll process ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
• Supervise and mentor payroll team members fostering a culture of development and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to payroll and labor.
• Review and analyze payroll data for accuracy making necessary adjustments and corrections as needed.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries effectively.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• ACCA CMA certification is required.
• Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience in managing a payroll team and leading payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations compliance and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insightful reports.
• Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications particularly Excel.
