Key Responsibilities:

Elite Creative Asset Production:

• Drive Global Campaigns: Lead day-to-day design operations, crafting high-conversion web banners, product visuals, promotional graphics, and dynamic campaign assets.
• Scalable Architecture: Design modular, localized, and reusable creative systems that allow the brand to scale effortlessly across international markets with rapid turnaround times.

Next-Gen AI Workflows:

• Build AI Pipelines: Engineer, refine, and manage AI-assisted creative production workflows to generate complex background compositions, product scenes, and marketing imagery.
• Frictionless Integration: Seamlessly merge advanced AI-generated assets with traditional Adobe Creative Suite master workflows.
• Universal Assets: Develop transparent, multi-lingual-ready modular systems that bypass translation friction.

UI/UX & Web Collaboration:

• Bridging Design & Code: Partner directly with front-end developers and AI engineering teams to deploy modern web UI/UX updates.
• Component-Driven Design: Author high-fidelity desktop and mobile layouts while establishing comprehensive web design systems in Figma.
• Technical Hand-offs: Own the development bridge by translating creative vision into structured, hyper-clear ticketing hand-offs and implementation guidelines.

Conversion-Driven Email Design:

• Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the CRM and email marketing teams to deliver striking, high-performance visual assets for seasonal promos and product launches.
• Region-Agnostic Assets: Master the balance of high-impact visual storytelling that resonates across borders without heavy translation dependencies.

Creative Leadership:

• Mentor & Elevate: Guide and inspire a growing team of junior designers, establishing gold-standard workflows and quality benchmarks.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the strategic connective tissue between marketing, development, and product management teams.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Criteria:

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of digital graphic design experience within fast-paced, high-growth commercial environments.
• UI/UX Tooling Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (or alternative Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD).
• AI-Native Workflow: Practical, hands-on experience leveraging advanced AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Firefly) inside a commercial design pipeline.
• Systems Thinker: Deep understanding of responsive web design principles and modern UI practices.
• Technical Fluency: Comfortable standing shoulder-to-shoulder with developers, engineers, and technical stakeholders.

Desirable & 'Nice to Have':

• AI Automation: Experience working with automated AI agent workflows or programmatic asset generation.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in E-commerce, Print-on-Demand (POD), or high-volume digital consumer brands.
• Agile Ecosystems: Familiarity with structured development ticketing systems (Jira, ClickUp) and front-end development processes.
• Leadership: Proven experience managing, mentoring, or scaling a design team.
