• Conduct non-operational ground and flight activities, including Ground Testing (GT), TT, Flight Testing (FT), simulator training (SIM), and equipment testing to maintain fleet serviceability, validate system performance, and enhance UAS operational capability.
• Perform internal andexternal UAS flightoperations in accordancewith approved procedures, supporting ADASI's operationalcommitments while participatingin national andinternational deployments, exercises, customer demonstrations, and mission activities.
• Maintain UAS operationalcurrency by completingrequired flight hours, simulator sessions, recurrenttraining, and competencyassessments to ensurecontinuous operationalreadiness and compliancewith company andregulatory standards.
• Support miscellaneous Operations(OPS) tasks, includingstatic displays, flightdemonstrations, customerevaluations, and specialoperational assignmentsto promote ADASIcapabilities and meetorganizational objectives.
• Progress toward achievingthe minimum Pilotin Command (PIC) qualification requirementsestablished by ADASIto support careerdevelopment, increasedoperational responsibility, and broader deploymentopportunities.
• Generate, update, andmaintain the OperationsEquipment Status Systemby monitoring theavailability, serviceability, and readiness ofoperational equipment,providing accurate statusreports to managementto support operationalplanning and resourceallocation.
• Contribute to thedevelopment, review, andcontinuous improvementof local operatingprocedures, Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs), andoperational documentationto ensure standardization, regulatory compliance,risk mitigation, andadherence to nationaland international aviationstandards.
• Participate in development-related ground andflight activities, includingsystem evaluations, testing, validation, and capabilityenhancement initiativesto support thecontinuous improvementand operational effectivenessof UAS platforms.
• Comply with aviationsafety requirements, companypolicies, OEM documentation, and applicable civiland military aviationregulations while maintainingthe highest standardsof professionalism, operationaldiscipline, and flightsafety.
• Collaborate effectivelywith pilots, maintenancepersonnel, engineers, missionplanners, air trafficservices, and otherstakeholders to ensurethe safe, efficient, and successful executionof all assignedoperational and developmentalactivities.
