- Minimum 15 years experience in large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM programs.
- Enterprise program management experience.
- Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 Agile/Scrum Prosci Change Management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and governance.
- Familiarity with CRM/Power Platform delivery frameworks.
- Experience in utility/energy sector (preferably water & electricity) & full lifecycle projects (atleast 3 out of which 2 is as PM) across GCC countries.
- Proficiency in Arabic (shall be preferred).
