What youll do

• Working in one of the worlds most iconic luxury residencies you must display excellent product and property knowledge at all times and take every opportunity to engage with the Residents and their family in an efficient and professional manner
• To provide all Residents their family and guests with a positive first impression of One at Palm Jumeirah and act as an ambassador for the Dorchester Collection
• To act as a team player and provide effective day to day communication with Residents their family and guests as well as with your colleagues
• Respond to incidents accidents and fire alarms ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Promote a safe and secure environment for residents guests employees and contractors.
• Ensure all health safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
• To develop and maintain positive and productive service focused working relationships with Residents their families and their guests as well as external potential perspective owners
• To represent Omniyat and Dorchester Collection and become a point of contact within the department
• Ensure the Residents satisfaction by performing such duties as attending to their requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently and accepting changes or additions in work hours which are necessary for the maintenance of uninterrupted service through One at Palm Jumeirah at all times

• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our Residence. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
• You will ensure the residents satisfaction by performing such duties as attending to their requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently accepting changes or additions in work hours which are necessary for the maintenance of uninterrupted service through One at Palm Jumeriah at all times.
• You will maintain a presentable appearance and must adhere to the grooming policies of Dorchester Collection.
• You will have a high level of emotional intelligence to adapt to various cultural settings and situations.
• You will have relevant professional qualifications or hotel school diploma and bring a wealth of past experience working in a similar capacity for luxury hotels for at least 2-3 years your previous experience in the Middle East will be a competitive advantage.
