Project Manager

We are seeking an up and coming Project Manager for a leading consultancy in Abu Dhabi to support senior leadership in the the development of a large new build project. .

This role involves managing project delivery from late stage design phases through to completion, overseeing consultants and contractors, and ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of major projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations, and financial targets.
• Develop project execution plans, quality plans, and delivery schedules, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of progress.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subconsultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with authority requirements.
• Support procurement activities including subconsultant appointments and contract management.
• Manage project risk registers and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee design coordination, change management processes, and approvals.
• Attend and contribute to client, technical, and coordination meetings.
• Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across all stages of the project.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary design and construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management or similar.
• Previous experience with reputable consultancies or contractors in the GCC would be beneficial.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Confident working on own on projects.
