Human Resources Assistant

ANAROCK Middle East is looking for a motivated Human Resources Assistant to join its team in Dubai. The selected candidate will assist with daily HR activities, employee support, and administrative tasks while working closely with the HR team to ensure efficient and effective human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day human resources and HR administration activities.

• Assist with employee documentation, records, and HR processes.

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities as required.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with employee queries.

• Ensure HR operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Estimated).

• 1–2 years of HR or HR Administration experience, preferably within the UAE.
