Job Description
- Conduct daily HSE inspections and monitor site activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved MSRA, PTW and HSE requirements.
- Monitor work at height, scaffolding, lifting and other high-risk activities.
- Conduct toolbox talks, inductions and HSE awareness activities.
- Identify and immediately address unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain HSE inspection, training and site records.
- Follow up corrective actions with supervisors and subcontractors.
- Support incident reporting and investigation.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree with NEBOSH IGC or equivalent recognized HSE qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in UAE construction projects.
- Previous high-rise / multi-storey building construction experience in Abu Dhabi or Dubai is essential.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
- Good practical knowledge of work at height, scaffolding, lifting activities, formwork, housekeeping, electrical safety, PPE and PTW requirements.
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi HSE requirements.
- Good communication and site coordination skills.
