Mandatory requirements:

1. Degree : B.Sc. Nursing / Bachelor s in Nursing
   
2. Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of Gulf experience 2.5 years of home country experience as Staff Nurse (Total: 4 years)

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to provide quality health and personal care services to patients in a professional efficient and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other people in a position to understand care requirements.
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional psychological and spiritual support to patients friends and families.
• Promotes patients independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient friends and family to understand condition medications and selfcare skills; answering questions.
• Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital and nursing divisions philosophies and standards of care

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Staff Nurse
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of emergency care
• Indepth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them always
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Patient with excellent problemsolving skills
• BSc or other diploma from a nursing program
• Valid nursing license (HAAD/ DOH License)

Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in medical office administration is a plus. 2. Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting. 3. Proficiency in using computer systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and scheduling software. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and external contacts. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance terminology, and basic medical office procedures preferred. 7. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients, with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
