What youll do

Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be joining a dedicated beach team and will report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
• Our values of Passion Personality Respect Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Guest Relations Hostess youll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• You will act as the main point of contact for all guests visiting Riviera on the Beach creating a warm genuine and seamless experience from arrival to departure.
• You will anticipate guest needs personalize each interaction and ensure all moments are memorable reflecting the Dorchester Collection standards of luxury and hospitality.
• Youll maintain an active presence across all guest areas supporting the operations team in delivering an effortless service flow and consistent guest satisfaction.
• Youll handle guest feedback and special requests with empathy and efficiency always ensuring a positive outcome and follow-up.
• Youll build and maintain relationships with repeat guests and VIPs ensuring recognition and personalized experiences.
• Youll also collaborate with the Beach Club Management team to support special events guest activations and service excellence initiatives.
• Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required.
• You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the beach club needs.
• You acknowledge that working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun operating under pressure and requires standing and walking for long periods of time.

• Youll have a solid understanding of service standards and guest expectations in luxury hospitality.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our beach club. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages including Arabic Italian French Spanish or German are highly desirable.
• You will have a relevant extensive experience in luxury hotels and high-end restaurants preferably in the Middle East.
