Sous Chef - Fine Dining, Med Cuisine (Dubai)

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Sous Chef /Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Sirene Beach by Gaia in Dubai.
Previous experience in a similar position within fine dining restaurant or upmarket concepts is highly preferred, with a Dubai-based candidate or willingness to relocate. The role offers competitive salary, visa and medical insurance, and growth opportunities within our growing hospitality group. 2 days off weekly and meals on duty are included.
