Job Description

What You'll Drive

• Process and coordinate Emirates ID applications and related documentation.
• Process labour card printing, issuance, and cancellation requests.
• Maintain accurate employee records and government-related documentation.
• Update and verify employee data within company systems and trackers.
• Follow up on government applications and monitor their status.
• Prepare and organize documentation required for government authorities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of supporting documents before submission.
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for employee records.
• Generate reports and maintain tracking logs for government-related transactions.
• Support the PRO team with administrative and clerical activities.
• Coordinate with employees regarding required documents and application updates.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour, immigration, and government regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information and company records.
• Support process improvements and document management initiatives.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

You're a Great Fit If You Have

• High School Diploma or Diploma in Administration, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience in data entry, administration, document control, or government relations support.
• Knowledge of UAE government procedures related to Emirates ID and labour card processing.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and record management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
