Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a creative, results-driven, and analytical Marketing Executive to join our insurance team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, increasing brand awareness, supporting customer acquisition, and promoting insurance products across digital and traditional marketing channels.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in marketing, digital marketing, insurance marketing, brand management, campaign management, content marketing, social media marketing, lead generation, SEO, SEM, email marketing, CRM marketing, and customer engagement .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging marketing content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Coordinate SEO and SEM initiatives to improve online visibility and lead generation.
• Monitor marketing performance using Google Analytics, CRM systems, and campaign reporting tools.
• Generate qualified sales leads through digital marketing, events, referrals, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, customer service, and business development teams to support business growth.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communication programs.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, corporate events, networking activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare marketing reports, campaign analysis, ROI reports, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, brand standards, and applicable regulations.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, insurance industry developments, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator, Brand Executive, Marketing Specialist, Insurance Marketing Executive, Marketing Officer, or Business Development Executive is preferred.
• Experience in the insurance, banking, financial services, or corporate sector is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Experience using CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
