Senior Genesys Cloud Test Engineer - Contact Center
Unison Group
Unison Group seeks a Senior Test Engineer for Genesys Cloud CX to drive end-to-end testing during migration to Genesys Cloud CX. You will cover IVR, ACD routing, call flows, recording, billing, dashboards, and integration testing, ensuring failures are quickly identified and resolved.
You will design and execute test cases, validate telephony components, manage defects, and support SIT/UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities with strong collaboration across teams.
