THE TEAM

The Laundry team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi plays an essential role in maintaining the exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness, and comfort that define the guest and associate experience. Supporting both hotel operations and guest services, the team ensures that linens, uniforms, and garments are processed with care, precision, and efficiency.

As a Housekeeping Associate – Laundry, you will report to the Laundry Supervisor and work closely with the wider Housekeeping team to support the seamless operation of the hotel.

YOUR ROLE

As a Housekeeping Associate – Laundry, you will be responsible for processing hotel linens, uniforms, guest garments, and other laundry items while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

You will contribute to the success of the department by ensuring laundry operations run smoothly, equipment is operated safely, and all items are handled in accordance with Rosewood standards and guest expectations.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Process hotel linens, uniforms, and guest garments according to established quality and service standards
• Operate laundry, wet-cleaning, ironing, and folding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect laundry items for cleanliness, damage, and quality, ensuring only approved items are returned to service
• Maintain accurate records of laundry volumes, inventory, and garment processing activities
• Ensure work areas, equipment, and storage spaces remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements
• Support inventory management of linens, supplies, and equipment to maintain operational readiness

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have experience in a laundry, housekeeping, or similar operational environment
• You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high quality standards
• You have an understanding of laundry operations, fabric care, and safe chemical handling procedures
• You are comfortable operating equipment and working in a fast-paced environment
• You take pride in maintaining clean, organized, and safe workspaces
• You communicate effectively in English and work well as part of a collaborative team
