Graphic Designer
MASS Printing & Publishing L.L.C.
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to lead visual design projects for our clients. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating brand identities, marketing collateral, packaging designs, and digital assets. This role requires a strong portfolio, excellent design sensibility, and a deep understanding of print production.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design brand identities, logos, and visual systems for clients
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, catalogs, posters, and banners
- Design packaging, labels, and product mockups with attention to shelf appeal
- Present creative concepts and ideas to clients and incorporate feedback
- Ensure brand consistency across all designed materials
- Prepare final production-ready files and coordinate with the pre-press team
- Mentor junior designers and review team output for quality
Requirements
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience in brand identity, packaging, and marketing collateral design
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to conceptualize and present creative ideas to clients
- Knowledge of print production processes and pre-press preparation
