Every month, hundreds of thousands of people across the GCC book a cleaner, a beauty service, a handyman, or a healthcare visit through Justlife. In a subscription-style home-services business, everything rides on the next booking, the push that reminds them, the email that wins them back, the flow that keeps them coming. That's the CRM lifecycle. Soon, it'll be yours.

We're looking for a lifecycle marketer to own how Justlife retains, not maintain it, own it. Someone hands‑on who builds campaigns and automated flows themselves, obsesses over segmentation and data accuracy, thinks in metrics, and wants real ownership at one of the region's fastest-growing companies.

The Role

You’ll own the CRM lifecycle for every Justlife user, planning, segmenting, and evaluating every campaign; building campaigns and automated flows across email, push, SMS, and in-app; and continuously sharpening how we engage, retain, and reactivate customers. You’ll coordinate campaign activity with stakeholders, keep data accurate across every platform, run tests that improve the next send, and shape country and region strategy by reading regional audiences, competitors, and market trends. You’ll report to the Associate Director, Growth, partner daily with Brand & Creative and the Business Category teams, and have a clear path to CRM Manager.

This isn’t a hands-off, theory-only role. You’ll build and ship yourself, at pace, without dropping the bar on accuracy, because a subscription business lives or dies on repeat bookings, and a broken link or a wrong segment costs real revenue. We’re looking for someone who pairs strong execution with strong judgment: brings ideas, reads the data, and owns the number.

What You’ll Own in Your First 6 Months

• Lift retention. Higher repeat-booking rates across 30, 60, and 90-day windows.
• Win back the lapsed. Reactivate dormant customers with flows that actually convert.
• Grow lifetime value. Cross-sell and upsell that raises CLV, not just noise.
• Sharpen every channel. Stronger performance across email, push, SMS, and in-app.
• Move revenue. Measurable, CRM‑attributed revenue growth.

• Accuracy is non-negotiable. Right segment, right content, right link, right time, every time.
• Cross-functional. You’ll work daily with Brand & Creative and the Business Category teams.
• Metrics-first. Retention, reactivation, CLV, open and click rates, we read them and act.
• Regionally tuned. We write for the GCC, market by market.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• Hands‑on with CRM tools. Customer.io, Braze, CleverTap, or equivalent, you’ve built in them yourself.
• Multi-channel campaign builder. Automated flows across email, push, SMS, and in-app.
• Segmentation & data accuracy. You keep data clean and target with precision.
• Analytical mindset. You read campaign data and act on KPIs.
• Detail-obsessed. Error‑free execution is your baseline, not your goal.
• 2 to 4 years in CRM/lifecycle marketing at a consumer app or on-demand business.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands‑on experience that proves you can do the job.

Nice-to-haves

• A/B testing and experimentation experience.
• Knowledge of the GCC market and regional audiences.
• Basic HTML/SQL for email editing and data pulls.
• Background in subscription or on-demand service businesses.
• Arabic, for regional campaign localization.
