Position title- MEP Multi Skilled
MEP- (Mechanical HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) Technician
RESPONSIBILITY
- Installing, maintaining and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
Requirements:
- UAE Driving License.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
SKILLS
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting and solving client complains.
- Maintenance experience in HVAC, Electricity, Plumbery.
- High School Diploma/Bachelors or equivalent qualification.
- Certification for HVAC, building maintenance technology, electrician and any relevant filed is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Advance understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Detail Oriented
- Can work under pressure
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
