Project Manager

We're looking for a friendly and driven Project(s) Manager to join our team in the Green Gardenia Landscape, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion.

Coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, with high standards that are expected.

You'll be a key player in our team, responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. You'll ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly, from budgets and timelines to procurement and construction.

Communication skills will be key, as you'll be expected to liaise with clients and partners and provide regular updates throughout each project.

Responsibilities

Create project timelines, proposed budgets, and manage resources.

Ensure projects are completed safely, on budget, on time, and to the highest level of quality.

Lead project teams and coordinate workloads and assignments.

Drive and oversee all aspects of projects, from concept through completion.

Monitor and enforce deadlines and quality control standards.

Coordinate procurement and bidding efforts and manage contracts.

Conduct regular progress meetings with project stakeholders, including clients, partners, designers, and contractors.

Requirements

A degree in engineering, construction management.

At least [5] of experience in Project Management, ideally in Landscape industry.

Experience managing budgets, contracts, and procurement processes.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
