General Accountant
Company Name – International Fire Protection System
Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process payroll and monitor employee-related payments.
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records.
- Assist with budgeting, audits, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
- Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
