Ras al-Khaimah

Rotana Hotels, located in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking for dynamic Front Office professionals for the position of Lobby Ambassador. In this role, you will deliver warm and professional service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction from arrival through departure.

Your responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-ins, and promoting hotel amenities and special offers. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent communication skills.
