Relationship Manager (Chinese RM)

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese investors, clients, and channel partners.
- Generate and qualify leads from the Chinese market through networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property consultations in Mandarin.
- Promote Dubai real estate investment opportunities to Chinese investors.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate property viewings, virtual meetings, and investment consultations.
- Onboard and manage Chinese brokers and referral partners.
- Conduct project training sessions and updates for brokers and clients.
- Achieve monthly sales, lead generation, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate client and broker records in the CRM system.
- Provide market feedback and insights on Chinese investor preferences and trends.
- Assist in organizing and participating in property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events targeting Chinese investors.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity and performance reports.
