What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year in Dubai’s real estate market (off-plan or secondary).
• Fluency: Proficiency in English; Scandinavian or other additional languages are a plus.
• Location: Candidates already based in Dubai preferred. If you’re not yet a resident, you must have enough savings to support yourself for 3-6 months until commissions start rolling in.
• Driver’s License and Car: A valid UAE driver’s license and your own car are required.
• Professionalism: We value dedication, punctuality, and preparation. Candidates who do not show up on time or fail to attend scheduled meetings will not be considered.
• Driven and Client-Focused: We are looking for agents who have that fire in them – those who are hungry to succeed, who will do whatever it takes, and have the drive to stand out.
  A proactive, “go-getter” attitude with a dedication to client success and satisfaction is a must.

Step 1: Online Google Meeting screening call.
Step 2: Online or in-person meeting with our Senior Sales Manager.
Step 3: Offer letter issuance.
