Private Consultant Psychiatrist | UHNW Family Office Mental Health & Executive Function Program | Dubai

Permanent full-time appointment for a Western-trained Consultant Psychiatrist embedded within a UHNW Family Office healthcare structure in Dubai.

This role is focused on discreet, longitudinal mental health governance within a high-net-worth family system, with an emphasis on emotional stability, executive functioning, stress adaptation, and cognitive performance under high-pressure environments.

You will oversee comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnostic formulation, and long-term treatment planning for adults and adolescents within a private, confidential care setting. Clinical scope includes mood disorders, anxiety spectrum conditions, stress-related disorders, sleep disturbance, and complex psychosocial presentations in high-performance environments.

The role operates in close coordination with internal medicine, neurology, and preventive medicine physicians, ensuring integrated care across multiple residences and international travel contexts. There is a strong emphasis on continuity, early intervention, and non-episodic care models.

Requirements

• Recognised medical degree from UK, Ireland, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
  
• CCT / Board certification in Psychiatry
  
• Minimum 8–12 years post-specialisation experience
  
• Strong background in adult psychiatry; child & adolescent experience advantageous
  
• Experience in private practice, executive mental health, or VIP patient populations preferred
  
• Exposure to trauma-informed care or high-functioning executive populations advantageous
  
• Fluent English essential
  
• High discretion and ability to operate within confidential family structures
  
• Willingness to be based in Dubai with international travel flexibility
