Business Analyst / Researcher / Operations Specialist
Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
micro1 is seeking Business Analysts, Researchers, and Operations Specialists to support a writing-focused customer project involving business analysis, research, and operational reasoning for AI training. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business scenarios, decisions, and trade-offs.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
- Gather and synthesize requirements and stakeholder insights.
- Analyze data using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
- Develop reports, memos, business cases, and process documentation.
- Identify process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
- Communicate complex findings clearly and effectively.
