*ABOUT THE ROLE:*
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our Corporate Services Company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and assist in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, HR databases and personal files
- Handle HR documentation - offer letters, employment contracts, NOCs and other HR letters
- Support payroll inputs, leave management and attendance tracking
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, labour contract and other government formalities
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR policy implementation
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support to staff
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
*REQUIREMENTS:*
- 1-2 years of experience as HR Executive / HR Coordinator in UAE
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices is preferred
- Experience in a Corporate Services / Business Setup company is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Immediate joiner preferred and currently available in UAE
