Nurse

A well-established healthcare organization is hiring a compassionate and qualified Nurse to provide safe, effective, and patient-focused nursing care. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff.

Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and support to patients according to their needs.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Monitor and report changes in patients’ health conditions.
Assist patients with daily care and comfort when required.
Follow infection-control, hygiene, and patient-safety procedures.
Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
Provide basic health education and guidance to patients and families.
Respond appropriately to medical emergencies.
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
Follow all applicable healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
A valid nursing license/registration applicable in the UAE is required.
Previous nursing experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Good attention to detail and clinical judgment.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
UAE healthcare experience is an advantage.
