Data Governance & AI Strategy Advisor

Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive redesign and optimization of the revenue organization's data architecture to resolve historical data debt.
- Establish and enforce robust data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data integrity across all go-to-market systems.
- Act as the internal Product Manager for revenue capabilities, defining the long‑term vision and roadmap for internal sales tools and AI deployments.
- Architect an "agent‑first" AI strategy to identify and automate sales, operational, and compensation workflows.
- Manage the evaluation, selection, and integration of the AI and data vendor ecosystem.
- Optimize Salesforce architecture to ensure seamless integration of data and AI initiatives while minimizing friction for sales representatives.
- Drive organizational change and enablement programs to foster a data‑first, AI‑augmented culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Enterprise Data Architecture, or GTM Systems Strategy.
- Deep architectural expertise in Salesforce and a proven ability to rebuild complex data models for scale.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise‑wide Data Governance programs.
- Strong product management background with experience owning internal tech stack roadmaps.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI‑driven sales enablement and automation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

- MBA or an advanced technical degree.
