Video Content Creator

• Shoot high-quality videos including promo films, reels, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, training content, workshops, student missions, and events.
• Operate professional shooting gear: cameras, lenses, lighting, stabilizers, audio systems.
• Set up studio and on-site environments for clean visual and audio output.
• Capture cinematic B-roll, interviews, robotics sessions, space-tech activities, and dynamic classroom footage.
• Manage shoot planning, storyboarding, and coordination with internal teams.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, ads, and brand films.
• Add transitions, motion elements, SFX, sound design, subtitles, lower thirds, and graphics as per LOF brand style.
• Color correct and color grade professionally.
• Maintain an organized workflow for footage management and backups.
• Achieve fast editing turnaround with consistent quality.

3. AI-Enhanced Editing & Automation

• Actively use AI tools to enhance productivity and elevate content output.
• Required AI tools knowledge:

  • Runway Gen-2
  • Pika Labs
  • Descript
  • OpusClip / Opus Studio

4. Graphic Design (Bonus Skill)

• Ability to design posters, thumbnails, banners, and campaign creatives.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva are preferred.

5. Trend Awareness & Creative Direction

• Strong awareness of current editing styles, social media trends, hook strategies, and modern visual language.
• Ability to convert complex STEM & engineering content into engaging visual stories.
• Proactively propose creative ideas for new campaigns, reels, and brand videos.
• Understand storytelling for both parents and student audiences.
• Work closely with the Marketing Head, trainers, and leadership.
• Ensure every video follows LOF’s professional standards and branding.

7. Project Management & Execution

• Handle multiple assignments simultaneously with deadlines.
• Maintain version control, structured file management, and quality checks.
• Adapt quickly to a high-output, fast-moving startup environment.
• Available for shoots during events, and urgent assignments.

Required Skills

Video Production & Editing

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.
• Expertise in professional camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio setup.
• Skilled in cinematic shooting, composition, color grading, and storytelling.
• Ability to shoot independently with minimal supervision.

AI Tools & Emerging Technologies

• Hands-on experience with the latest AI tools for editing, automation, and enhancement:
