Brand Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and orchestration of integrated brand campaigns and tentpole moments
- Translate brand strategy into cohesive 360 campaign plans across creative, PR, influencer, social, partnerships, media, shopper, digital, and loyalty channels
- Serve as the central hub across internal channel leads, creative teams, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with creative and agency teams to shape campaign narratives, briefs, and activation plans
- Monitor brand, cultural, category, consumer, and campaign performance signals to identify opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional workstreams for new product launches and brand-building campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and partner with channel owners to optimize future plans
- Manage project budgets to maximize brand impact and business outcomes
- Identify process gaps and improve integrated campaign planning practices
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign strategy
- Experience within high-growth CPG or consumer lifestyle brands
- Demonstrated experience leading integrated 360 campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong brand management fundamentals including consumer insights and performance metrics
- Ability to translate cultural and category insights into actionable campaign plans
- Clear, structured communicator capable of aligning diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with marketing and consumer insights tools
- Experience with Nielsen, IRI/Circana, or Numerator is a plus
