UAE National Trainee Lawyer

We are seeking a motivated UAE National Trainee Lawyer to join our Rotational Programme, designed to provide comprehensive exposure to multiple legal departments and practice areas within the firm.
The role offers a structured learning experience combining practical legal work with professional development, enabling trainees to build a strong foundation in legal practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured rotational programme across multiple legal departments and practice areas within the firm.
- Assist lawyers and legal teams with legal research, drafting, case preparation, and document review.
- Attend client meetings, hearings, and internal discussions where appropriate.
- Support the preparation of legal memoranda, reports, contracts, and correspondence.
- Gain practical exposure to different areas of law and legal procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information professionally.
- Attend internal training sessions, workshops and professional development programmes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to develop a broad understanding of the firm’s legal practice and operations.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Complete assigned tasks and rotational objectives within agreed timelines and quality standards.
