Key Responsibilities of the Role

Academic & Educational Guidance

• Oversee and guide students in completion of homework and academic assignments
• Support students in understanding curriculum requirements and study methods
• Develop structured study plans for students requiring additional support
• Monitor academic progress and recommend interventions when required

Counselling & Student Development

• Provide age‑appropriate counselling to children and teenagers
• Address behavioral, emotional, or learning concerns
• Support development of discipline, responsibility, and self‑management skills
• Refer complex cases to senior leadership or external specialists when needed

Supervision & Coordination

• Coordinate with teachers on student academic and behavioral issues
• Participate in parent meetings and provide feedback on student progress
• Maintain structured reports and documentation

Facility‑Specific Responsibilities

• Participate in academic planning and improvement programs

Compliance Guidelines

• Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of student and family information

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, Psychology, Counselling, or related field

4–6 years of experience working with children and teenagers in schools or educational settings
