The Stakeholder Manager will lead all external coordination with Abu Dhabi authorities to secure timely approvals NOCs permits and inspections for a major construction project. The role ensures compliance with local codes guidelines and utility standards while driving proactive engagement risk mitigation and transparent communication among government entities the client consultants and contractors
