We are looking for talented and dedicated Management and Finance Lecturers to join our organization.
You should have a strong understanding of the concepts and principles of Management and Finance, and be able to effectively convey this knowledge to the students. You should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in teaching management and finance subjects at colleges.
*Only lecturers can apply*
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops in management and finance subjects to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students
- Design course syllabi and instructional materials, including textbooks, case studies, and assignments
- Engage in academic research and scholarship to enhance teaching and learning
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Offer individualized support and guidance to students
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Management, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience teaching Management and Finance at the college level
- Strong subject matter expertise in Management and Finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for teaching and commitment to student success
- Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
