Role Purpose

The role supports engineering and maintenance teams by ensuring timely availability coordination and tracking of materials and spare parts enabling efficient service and maintenance operations in line with KONE quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support engineers in identifying required materials and spare parts.

Identify the most suitable sources of supply for urgent material requirements.

Check availability and coordinate timely procurement of materials.

Arrange pickup and delivery of materials between locations as required.

Create and manage material requisitions in the system.

Log track and monitor material consumption across all SHN stores.

Qualifications & Experience

25 years of experience in materials coordination procurement logistics or maintenance support.

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP ) for material requisitions and tracking.

Technical understanding of elevators escalators doors and related spare parts (KONE and nonKONE).

Strong coordination communication and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of maintenance operations and spare parts management.
