Melia Desert Palm Dubai is seeking a reliable Steward to join our Food & Beverage operations. You will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of kitchen areas and equipment, while upholding health and safety standards.
The role emphasizes responsible chemical handling and collaboration with Engineering for maintenance. We value accuracy, speed in emergency responses, teamwork, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a luxury resort setting.
