- وضمان الالتزام التام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة والجداول الزمنية المحددة للمشاريع.

- المهام: متابعة جميع مراحل التنفيذ وفقا للمخططات الهندسية - ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة والجداول الزمنية للمشاريع
