Position: Sales & Marketing Engineer (Inside)
Location: JAFZA, Dubai, UAE
Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager
Position Objective
- Understand the technical aspects of products and services offered by the company
- Provide technical support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar role
- Engineering Degree in Instrumentation or relevant field
- Good technical knowledge of products and services
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the details of products and services offered by KLEEV
- Work closely with the outside sales team and propose suitable technical solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients
- Coordinate with the engineering team to customize products and services based on customer requirements
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documents for sales pitches
- Provide post-sales support to customers
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
