OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Processor I to join its team. OSV provides payroll, benefits, finance, and HR technology solutions for Workday customers, helping organizations automate critical administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.
This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in developing their payroll expertise while working directly with clients. The successful candidate will process payroll settlements, manage client documentation, handle payroll-related requests, and provide accurate and timely support in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll settlements through clients’ Workday applications.
• Handle on-demand payment settlements as requested by clients.
• Maintain accurate client-specific payroll support documentation.
• Manage daily control reports and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Review and resolve treasury-related exceptions.
• Provide professional support to clients while maintaining payroll accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service and operational goals.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification; higher education preferred.
• 1–2 years of Payroll Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support various clients effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and mathematical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential customer information with professionalism.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Workday payroll systems and administrative processes
• Microsoft Excel, reporting, and payroll documentation
Preferred Skills:
