Full job description
Billionwebs is a fast-growing website creation and marketing agency based in Dubai. We are looking for a sales account executive to join our team and help us grow our client base and revenue.
We are looking for a sales consultant who can:
- Lead sales meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including the project team.
- Facilitate strategy meetings, concept discussions, and price presentations.
- Generate leads through networking at business centers and attending industry events.
- Oversee proposal creation by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Attend pre-arranged meetings with qualified leads from various sources
- Conduct effective strategy meeting to learn website and marketing and business challenges of the prospect.
- Prepare and send customized proposals that address the needs and goals of the prospects
- Follow up with prospects until they make a decision
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Record all sales activities and transactions in CRM system
- Achieve sales quota and targets
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities and work extra hours when necessary.
- Open to participating in sales and other functional meetings, actively contributing suggestions.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying ideas and recommendations in client meetings, demonstrating authority.
- Strong networking skills and a friendly demeanor, easily building connections with others.
- Receptive to taking classes or courses recommended by the manager for professional development.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a team and making meaningful contributions.
- Proven sales experience in B2B environment

- Ability to build rapport and trust with prospects and clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in using CRM software like Monday.com
