Senior Technical Engineer

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading contracting and construction company to recruit a highly skilled Senior Technical Engineer for their growing project portfolio across Civil, Residential, and Mixed-Use developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional to play a key role in architectural coordination, technical execution, and project delivery within a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities:

-Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submit

-Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submit

-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve technical and design issues.

-Ensure architectural works comply with local authority regulations, project standards, and contractual requirements.

-Support project execution teams with technical guidance during construction activities.

-Conduct site inspections to monitor architectural work progress and quality compliance.

-Liaise with civil, MEP, and structural teams for multidisciplinary coordination.

-Participate in project meetings and provide technical updates and solutions.

-Review RFIs (Requests for Information) and technical queries from site teams.

-Monitor material selection, finishes, and installation methods to ensure quality standards are achieved.

-Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives without compromising design intent.

-Ensure timely approvals from consultants and authorities.

-Maintain proper technical documentation and project records.

-Support project planning and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related Engineering field.

-Minimum 8–12 years of experience in contracting/construction companies.

-Strong experience handling Civil, Residential, and Mixed-Use development projects.

-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MS Office.

-Good understanding of construction methodologies, architectural detailing, and local building regulations.

-Experience in coordinating with consultants and site execution teams.

-Strong technical problem-solving and coordination skills.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
