Compensation

• A fixed monthly salary of AED 2,300 offered as part of this exciting career opportunity.
  

What We’reLooking For

• A minimum of 2 to 4years of experience in a similar role in a Luxury Hotel or Healthcareenvironment in the UAE.
  
• Extensive Knowledgeand Experience in Refrigeration Systems, Kitchen Equipment Maintenance andLaundry Equipment Maintenance.
  
• Exceptional PhysicalStamina and Enduranceto effortlessly handle heavy lifting and Thriveduring extended periods of standing and walking.
  
• Strong Ability to WorkAutonomously, taking proactive initiative to Resolve technical issues withUnparalleled efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Excellentinterpersonal skills to engage effectively with FIVE Tribe Members, andstakeholders.
  
• A Proactive Nature,coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of theOperation is curated to perfection.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairsallkitchen and laundry equipment with Exquisite craftsmanship, ensuring Optimalfunctionality and longevity.
  
• Upholds the Preventive Maintenanceandshift readings programmes meticulously, guaranteeing the Peak Performance ofkitchen and laundry equipment.
  
• Exhibits meticulous AttentionToDetail when inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing kitchen equipment, ensuringsensational Results.
  
• Employs strong Problem-Solvingskillsto identify issues, develop efficient solutions, and minimise Downtime in thekitchen, embodying the ‘FIVE-Star’ approach.
  
• Evaluates equipmentusageand Energy Efficiency, taking appropriate measures to Optimiseperformance and Minimise energy consumption with Remarkable enthusiasm.
  
• Manages and updatesallkitchen and laundry shop drawings, ensuring their Accuracy and reflecting anynecessary Modifications.
  
• Maintains the equipmentcatalogueand tagging directories, keeping them up to date and organisedfor Easy accessibility and reference.
  
• Completes necessarypaperwork,work orders, and documentation Promptly and Accurately,reflecting FIVE’s commitment to Excellence.
  
• Updates a Comprehensivedaily log book,documenting any encountered problems, their correspondingsolutions, and relevant activities with Meticulous detail.
  
• Actively participates inregular Departmental Meetings,contributing valuable Feedback and offeringinsightful Suggestions for continuous improvement as a valued member of ourFIVE Tribe.
  
• Maintains comprehensive Healthand Safety documentationand records specific to the assigned area,ensuring Compliance with regulatory requirements while elevating FIVE’s Safety Standardsto New Heights.
  
• Meticulously upholds EnvironmentallyFriendly practiceswhen handling chemicals and refrigerants, promoting Sustainableand Responsible methods in line with FIVE’s Sustainable Indulgence ethos.
  
• Responds promptly andproactivelyto all Work Requests that pertain to Health and Safetyconcerns, swiftly addressing any potential Risks or Hazards.
  
• Identifies and promptlyreports potential Safety Hazards,prioritising the well-being and securityof fellow ‘FIVERs’ and other stakeholders.
  
• Participates as directed inthe Emergency Response Team,swiftly and confidently acting in Critical Situationsto ensure the Safety and Security of all occupants.
  
• Stays informed about DisruptiveAdvancementsin kitchen equipment and technology through ongoing trainingand professional development, embodying the Visionary spirit of FIVE.
  
• Executes all workorderswith Due Diligence, leaving no detail untouched in our quest for Next-Levelservice delivery.
  
• Carries out tasks asassigned by the Chief Engineer,efficiently and effectively completingthem within designated timelines, contributing to the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ with Passionand Dedication.
