Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Senior Platform Owner to lead branch service initiatives and drive customer‑centric digital transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, ensuring product strategies align with customer needs, operational efficiency, and banking objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
- Prioritize product backlogs based on business impact, feasibility, and user value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and delivery plans.
Customer Experience & Design
- Conduct user research and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Translate user needs into functional product requirements.
- Advocate for user‑centric design and usability improvements.
Agile Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Support Agile product delivery and iterative enhancements.
- Conduct retrospectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Adapt product strategies based on evolving business and market trends.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in product ownership and digital banking initiatives
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and backlog prioritization
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Customer‑centric mindset with focus on innovation and usability
