Graduate Electrical Engineer (Dry Utilities) إماراتيين (خلاصة القيد)

The Graduate Electrical Engineer will support the Dry Utilities team in the design and delivery of electrical infrastructure projects including power distribution networks street lighting and telecommunications systems. Under the supervision of experienced engineers the role focuses on developing strong analytical technical and design capabilities.

This role is a part of our 24-months Advance graduate program. Your journey from graduate to future leader will be supported through structured learning programs and one-on-one mentoring with industry experts equipping you with the tools to make a lasting impact on our organization and the nation.

Job Responsibilities

• Builds analytic and design skills.
• Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an
• experienced engineer.
• Creates designs calculations sketches diagrams schematic drawings and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
• Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.

Qualifications :

• UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical problemsolving and technical skills
• Interest in electrical infrastructure and dry utilities systems (e.g. power distribution street lighting telecom)
• Ability to work effectively under supervision within a multidisciplinary engineering team
• Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles utility standards and design practices
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit or similar tools) preferred
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and grow through a structured graduate program
